The Health Rhythms team has a shared vision of a world where continuous, definitive data facilitates the delivery of right-time, right-place mental health care services. Their behavioural intelligence platform does this by providing continuous, objective, passive mental health monitoring — a process founded on decades of evidence-rich science and clinical research. We worked with the Health Rhythms team to develop their brand, from strategy to activation.

Better Data. Better Research. Better Living.

Through a series of workshops, analysis and insight from the wider Health Rhythms team we developed a brand positioning that was tailored to their core markets — pharma, clinical researchers and health systems. This offer was underpinned by a value set that was both personal and motivational — openness, brightness, trust, and seeking innovation in its operations and interactions are at the core of the brand.



A Human-Centered Identity for a Data-Driven Innovator

Building a brand in an area of healthcare that had previously been hidden or stigmatised came with many challenges. The key goal was to deliver an identity system that is open, engaging and human-centered. We used geometric metaphors found in nature to reference the rhythm and patterns of human behaviour. We developed a motion system that highlights the continuous, non-intrusive nature of the product. This approach allowed us to balance the importance of clinical experience and scientific data with an objective human and personal service.

Online toolkit and website

As Health Rhythms develops and begins to roll out its service across its core markets it was important to build a brand space that could grow and expand as the product does. Our online toolkit includes an overview of core brand strategy, all core brand assets, voice guidelines, as well as in use examples of brand rollout in key sectors. Similarly the website serves as an introduction to the offer and product, and its primary rol eis to establish a base for direct client communication and service.
