Twitter EMEA headquarters was developed and designed from a sustainable perspective. We worked with the workplace design team to bring brand and culture to the new space, which was awarded LEED platinum certification when it opened in Dublin.
Communication campaigns kept teams informed throughout the construction phase
In the loop
Along with sustainability goals, our communications task was to manage the process of transition from a number of offices into one newly commissioned space. This change management campaign was rolled out six months in advance of the first day of business. It kept all stakeholders informed and engaged in the project process, building momentum and activity up to launch.
Reimagining the workplace
A combination of 3D installations and illustrations were developed to complement the interior design scheme, adding character and personality to key spaces and services. Materials and applications were chosen specifically for their environmental credentials as well as a close connection with the history, culture and design in the surrounding locality.
Region specific illustrations were created for each Twitter office in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. We also worked with international teams to roll out this illustration project globally.
An ongoing journey
Over a number of years working with internal teams, we developed a compelling communications platform. This included day-to-day communications as well as the key priority of ensuring sustainability goals are maintained. We delivered various strategic campaigns as well as updated graphic environments in a number of locations throughout Europe.
The naming and identity of the internal coffee shop references an old café on the same street.
The identity of the main restaurant, references Oscar Wilde’s signature, a resident of nearby Merrion Square.

Thanks to Sinéad, Seán, Jason and the entire Real Estate and Workplace team for the ongoing trust and collaboration. This project wouldn’t have been possible without Matthew Thompson for excellently documenting the journey at all stages of the build and Cian McKenna for his additional motion graphics support.
