The new Digital Media Building at IADT was completed May 2025. We designed the signage system and environmental graphics that support navigation, reflect the building’s purpose, and amplify and celebrate creativity and digital culture—core to IADT’s offering. From intuitive directional cues to striking wall graphics, the design enhances user experience for students, staff, and visitors.

At its best, wayfinding is invisible — quietly bringing order where there could be confusion. We follow these key principles to ensure every signage system works: clarity, coherence and consistency. Environmental graphics help to create and reinforce connection, purpose and personality. We explored the concept of the creative process and digital media formats as starting points for the graphic interventions throughout the space.

We have worked with IADT for many years. They have trusted us to help build and reinterpreting their brand as they expand their offering and campus. Adding a signage system and environmental graphics to their latest building was a great opportunity to complete the final elements of the brand system.
