Building brand and strengthening culture in a changing world is a priority for many organisations. Office space and working environments play an important role in supporting and enhancing company values and personality. When developing their Irish HQ we worked with Grant Thornton to help embed their people first and partnership positioning with graphic interventions and a comprehensive orientation programme throughout the 15,000sqm building.

The Grant Thornton leadership, marketing and facilities teams alongside the project architect Burgert Van der Walt, MCA, encouraged us to experiment with this playful and engaging scheme. We have worked with them to roll it out to offices around Ireland as well as Internationally.
